Wait…everyone realizes that the point of that line was to be as creepy, ridiculous and uncomfortable as possible, right? If Louie had said something so genuinely ~romantic~ that Bobby Hill sucked him off on the spot it would have defeated the entire purpose of the show and made zero sense for his character.
